4) Read our Uniform Guidelines - Please note that only alterations to the fit are allowed. Alterations to the style are not allowed.

6) Fill out the TAP Application - (Tuition Assistance Program) Optional
7) Read our School Supply List
8) Fill out the Field Trip/PE Release Form
9) Fill out the Emergency Medical Release
