We are looking forward to the opening of the 2024-2025 school year.

6) Fill out the TAP Application - Only complete this form if your financial information has changed.
7) Read our School Supply List
8) Fill out the Information Change Form - Only complete this form if there are changes to any student or parent/guardian information.
9) Fill out the Field Trip/PE Release Form
